Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NJ Vinyl Wrapz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

NJ Vinyl Wrapz provides vehicle wrap design, printing, and installation services for commercial fleets, businesses, and personal vehicles. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Full and partial vehicle wraps
• Vehicle lettering and graphics
• Fleet branding and wraps
• Color change wraps
• Window tinting
• Paint protection film (PPF)
• Ceramic coatings
• Commercial vinyl graphics and signage

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Vehicle condition upon inspection
• Design complexity and changes
• Material selection
• Additional services requested
• Timeline requirements

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.

Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to schedule your project and begin design work. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept various payment methods as discussed during the consultation process.

Design Approval

You will receive design proofs for approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review all designs carefully for accuracy, including:

• Spelling and grammar
• Phone numbers and contact information
• Logo placement and sizing
• Color accuracy
• Overall layout and design elements

Once you approve the design, NJ Vinyl Wrapz is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Vehicle Preparation

Vehicles must be clean and free of debris before installation. Any necessary paint repairs or body work should be completed prior to wrap installation. We reserve the right to refuse installation on vehicles that are not properly prepared or have paint/body damage that may affect wrap adhesion.

Warranty

Our wraps come with manufacturer material warranties and our workmanship guarantee. Warranty coverage depends on the materials selected and proper care of the wrap. Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, vandalism, or improper cleaning
• Normal wear and tear
• Fading due to excessive sun exposure without proper care
• Damage from automated car washes with brushes
• Improper removal attempts

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on project stage:

• Before design begins: Full deposit refund minus administrative fee
• After design approval: Deposit is non-refundable as materials may have been ordered
• After production: No refunds available as materials are custom-made

Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, or content provided for your wrap design. NJ Vinyl Wrapz is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from materials you provide. We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

NJ Vinyl Wrapz's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Collect information about other users without consent

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
